into history:
The Institure of Semiconductor Engineering (short IHT) was founded in 1958 under the name "Institut für Höchstfrequenztechnik" and renamed "Institut für Halbleitertechnik" in 1967. - How do "classic" components work?
- Quantum Electronics
- How do quantum electronic devices work?
as well as in qualification work and internships in all fields of competence of the IHT and in cooperation with research partners.
