From the A8 (from Karlsruhe or Munich):

At the motorway junction "Stuttgart-Vaihingen", continue on the A831 towards "Stuttgart-Mitte".

Exit at "Universität" and turn left at the next intersection towards University.

Arrival at Stuttgart main station:

The campus of the University of Vaihingen can be reached with the Tram (S-Bahn) lines S1, S2 and S3 from the main station (travel time approx. 10 min., direction Herrenberg, Vaihingen or airport).

Arrival at Stuttgart airport:

The campus of the University of Vaihingen can be reached with the tram (S-Bahn) lines S2 and S3 from the airport (travel time approx. 17 minutes, direction Hauptbahnhof, Schorndorf or Backnang).

Bus lines 82, 84 and 92 connect the campus with the surrounding districts. Bus lines X60 connect the campus directly with the Leonberg region.

The night bus line N1 runs Friday and Saturday night from the city centre to the campus.
